    Nice article. This has a lot of impact in every emerging industry, and in what I do it’s key.

    My job is really to be, more than anything, an advocate for the shopper. In store digital media is happening right now, but the measure of its success isn’t just how good the technology behind it is, but how it serves the consumer. If shoppers have a positive feeling about the network and it shares with them helpful, useful, engaging information, everyone wins, from the retailer to advertiser to shopper. But if it fails at that task, everyone fails.

    There are simply too many channels of information now to provide an inferior content stream.
