If shoppers have a positive feeling about the network and it shares with them helpful, useful, engaging information, everyone wins, from the retailer to advertiser to shopper. But if it fails at that task, everyone fails. There are simply too many channels of information now to provide an inferior content stream. Nice article. The only farmers market is during the work day during my co-workers lunch so I have to cover the phones.
